What issue are you experiencing with VIP?
It is very likely you are on cooldown. Lets go through some things, which of the following fits your situation?
It appears you are on cooldown. iPogo cannot control cooldown, it is set by Niantic. Please allow your account to rest for 2 hours while reading the cooldown information.
If you do not know what is causing your crash, see Common Crash Fixes. Otherwise if you can reproduce the crash. Please submit a bug report

Patreon charges members on the 1st of the month, no matter when you get charged; even if it has been only 5 days previous, you will recieve another 30 days of iPogo for the charge. Check the exipration date in iSigner to see it has been extended.
If you tried to activate your VIP and got the message "key slots are full (please clear your key)". This means you have activated VIP 3 times, to fix this; go to the iSigner website, Log In, find the key you are trying to use, Click More, now Click Clear!
If it is the 1st of the month, please give Patreon up to 10 hours to complete the purchase. Otherwise, please select one of the following

If the iSigner Email is still not found, you can attempt to gain access to your account by Going to the Forgot Password Page and enter the email address that shows in the Email box of the Patreon Profile page. That is your iSigner login email! You should receive an email asking to change your password within 5-10 minutes. If this does not work, please join our Discord for further support.
Receiving Only the iSigner email is fine, from here you need to go to the iSigner website and log in. If you have not yet created an account, don't worry because we have created one for you! Go to the Forgot Password Page and enter the email address that shows in the Email box of the Patreon Profile page. That is your iSigner login email! You should receive an email asking to change your password within 5-10 minutes.
If it is the 1st of the month, please give Patreon up to 10 hours to complete the purchase. Otherwise, please go to the manage memberships page and check to make sure iPogo is an "Active Membership". If it is not in that column then your purchase has failed, contact patreon.
